The owners Benedetto and his brothers Luigi, 30 and 31 years old.

The pizza maker Tinuccio, 44 years old: he has almost 30 years of work esperience in Italy and Europe. He worked in the best pizzerias of Costa Smeralda, stintino, and Alghero, and also in Milan, Cortina, Courmayer and Germany (Monaco, Colonia and Dusseldorf). He's now come back again in his home village Pozzomaggiore.

The cook Antonio, 30 years old: trough is pretty young age he's already much experience in hs job in Italy and and abroad. He started working in his home village (Padria), then he continued in the best restaurants of Sardinia (Sassari, Alghero, St. Teresa, Stintino, Costa Paradiso) and Switzerland (in Adliswil and Ginevra).

The waitress Anna, 27 years old: his working and contemporaneusly studing at university (she's going to take her degre very soon). She worked in the past summers in St. Teresa, Porto Rotondo and Stintino.

The waitress Sabina, 24 years old: despite her young age she's already much experience in this job. In fact besidis Pozzomaggiore (her home village) she worked in St. Teresa and Courmayer.

The waitress Andreina, 26 years old: like Anna, is about to take her degree at University. She also worked in the past summers in the most renowed turistic places of Sardinia.

The official interpreter of L'Elisir Silvia, 27 years old: has a degree in foreign languages (she speaks fluently English, French and Spanish). In her spare time she helps antonio on cooking.
